Matcha Crepe Cake with Fresh Strawberry Filling



My second crepe cake!!! I've been addicted to these... ^^
This time with the Zoro flag... I have somehow messed up once again~ XD

INGREDIENTS:

Milk - 2 cups
Flour - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Butter - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 4
Vanilla
Matcha - 2 tbsp in crepe batter and 1 tbsp in whipped cream

  1. Scramble the eggs, add sugar, milk, water and vanilla extract.
  2. Combine wet mixture with the flour and add in the melted butter last.
  3. Blend until smooth and chill in the fridge.
  4. Before using, filter the mixture through a sieve to catch any lumps that may have formed. 
  5. Using a 1/4 cup measuring spoon, this mixture makes around 22 crepes.
  6. If necessary, clean up the edges using a large bowl and cut around it.
  7. When stacking the crepes, add a thin layer of cream between crepe layer and only add strawberries every 3 layers to make sure it doesn't crumble apart easily.
  8. Spread some extra cream on top and decorate~
