Nutella Cream Crepe Cake ft One Piece

I am addicted to One Piece!! I love Chopper more but he's harder to draw and I don't want to ruin his cuteness... ^^"

Crepe cakes are definitely more time consuming to make compared to normal cakes so be prepared... or maybe it's just me being slow?

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups milk

1/2 cup water
4 eggs
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
whipped cream
nutella
dark and white chocolate
food coloring
  1. Scramble the eggs, add sugar, milk, water, vanilla extract and melted butter.
  2. Add the wet mixture to the flour and leave in the fridge for a few hours to chill.
  3. Run the mixture through a sieve before using to make sure there aren't any random chunks in the batter.
  4. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to scoop the batter into the frying pan.
  5. Swirl the pan around to evenly distribute the batter across the bottom.
  6. When the crepe un-sticks from the bottom of the pan and the sides start drying up, it's time to flip.
  7. Set aside to cool as you finish up the whole batter.
  8. If you end up with uneven sides, feel free to even it out with a round object like a bowl and cut around it.
  9. Once again, set the crepe in the fridge to chill before putting cream on it.
  10. Spread some Nutella on the bottom layer and stick to a surface to prevent the crepes from sliding around when stacking it.
  11. Spread on the Nutella and then some whipped cream and repeat with all the crepes.
  12. Be sure to keep the middle part of the cake thinner than the sides.
  13. Using a plastic film, draw your design on top with dark chocolate and color it in.
  14. Spread a thin layer of white chocolate on top of your design as a base so it's sturdier.
  15. To finish up, drizzle on some more chocolate and cocoa powder and it's done~
