Zero butter, cream or eggs!!!
Low calorie, low fat, low cholesterol but high in protein~~~ =D
Basic Batter Recipe:
Cake Flour - 100g
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Tofu - 120g
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup/Honey - 3 tbsp
(Optional Variations)
Cocoa Powder or Matcha Powder - 1 tbsp
Mashed Banana or Pumpkin - 100g
Chocolate - 50g
- Blend the soft tofu until creamy, add vegetable oil and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry mixture together.
- Mash up some bananas until mushy and add to the batter.
- Chop up some chocolate and add to the batter as well.
- Scoop into baking cups until 2/3 full.
- Top with some sliced bananas and more chocolate chips. =P Okay not so healthy anymore unless it's super dark chocolate...
- Bake @ 180C for 20-25 mins
