If you love matcha, you'll absolutely love this heavenly dessert!! So smooth and creamy~~~ ^^
INGREDIENTS:
4-5 g gelatin powder
2 tbsp water
150 ml milk
100 ml cream
1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp sugar
few drops of vanilla extract
matcha powder and fruits for topping
- Dissolve gelatin powder in some cold water and let is sit for 5 minutes.
- In a small pot, combine matcha powder and sugar.
- Add milk gradually into the pot and mix until smooth.
- Over low heat, keep stirring just until the sugar dissolves, do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat and add in the dissolved gelatin, cream and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and pour into dessert cups or molds.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
Tips:
- Dip the mold in some hot water first to easily remove the pudding.
