Matcha Green Tea Cream Pudding


If you love matcha, you'll absolutely love this heavenly dessert!! So smooth and creamy~~~ ^^


INGREDIENTS:

4-5 g gelatin powder

2 tbsp water
150 ml milk
100 ml cream
1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp sugar
few drops of vanilla extract
matcha powder and fruits for topping
  1. Dissolve gelatin powder in some cold water and let is sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small pot, combine matcha powder and sugar.
  3. Add milk gradually into the pot and mix until smooth.
  4. Over low heat, keep stirring just until the sugar dissolves, do not let it boil.
  5. Remove from heat and add in the dissolved gelatin, cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix until smooth and pour into dessert cups or molds.
  7. Chill in the fridge until set.
Tips:
  • Dip the mold in some hot water first to easily remove the pudding.
